Pictures from the first visit to check condition.

1945 GMC DUKW.  Some Rust but not as bad as could be.  It is not a floater (yet) as there are some holes to be patched. And an exhaust manifold leak.  Good Challenge!

Right front. Skirts and Tire Inflation system
Cargo area with boards removed. Some surface rust. Minor rust through behind the passenger seat on the outer hull.
Good running engine. Exhaust Manifold leak. Still 6 volt

Drivers area. Needs gauge glass and new steering wheel.
Prop tunnel. Spare Hydrovac. Some surface rust on the bilge floor. Needs Bilge Pump to be made operational.
